Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability — please contact our reservations team in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Tour packages have specific cancellation terms shared at the time of booking.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we provide complimentary luxury airport transfers from Shillong Airport for all suite bookings. Additional transfers can be arranged at a nominal fee.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

We welcome well-behaved pets in select suites. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
